FAQs

How Much Does it Cost?

Tickets to ECCC vary in price. All pricing breakdowns are at the top of this page.

Who Needs a Ticket?

All attendees 6 years-old and up need a ticket to attend Emerald City Comic Con 2020. Kids 6-12 must purchase a 4-Day Kids ticket to attend ECCC for all days of the show. If Kids tickets sell out, you can purchase a regular day ticket to attend the show.

What’s the Deal with Kids Tickets?

4-Day Kids tickets are available and valid for all days of the show for kids ages 6-12. Similar to other tickets, Kids tickets can and will sell out, so be sure to get yours early. Please be prepared to show proof of age onsite (a copy of a birth certificate or ID card is plenty). We highly recommend that you purchase your Kids ticket early as there is a chance that we will sell out prior to the deadline. Once Kids tickets sell out, no more tickets will be released. If you would still like your kid to attend and tickets are sold out, you may purchase a regular day ticket to attend. Kids 13 and older will need to purchase an Adult ticket.

Please note, ECCC strongly recommends all kids under 18 attend with an adult. All kids under 13 are required to have an adult with them while at ECCC.

How Do I Get a Ticket?

Good question! You can buy your tickets at the links above.

Tickets sell out quickly and if they sell out, you can request to purchase a ticket through our new Lyte Ticket Exchange. Check out the Lyte Ticket Exchange for more information.

How Do I Get An ADA Assistance Wristband?

ReedPOP provides ADA Wristbands to individuals who may have mobility, physical, vision, hearing, cognitive, psychological, or any other type of disabilities that may not be visible. An ADA wristband identifies you to Staff, Crew, and Security and indicates that you may need additional assistance.

You can pick up your wristband when you get to the show at one of the ADA Access Centers located on WSCC Level 1, WSCC Level 4 Info Booth, in the Hyatt Regency on Level 3 or at registration/will call on Level 3 of the Sheraton Seattle.  If you have any questions or require additional accommodations, please reach out to us at ADAECCC@ReedPOP.com or click here for more information.

Remember, companions for those that require ADA Assistance need to purchase a ticket.

Will my merchandise arrive with my tickets?

Your ECCC merchandise will ship separately from your ticket order.

What is the Ticket Mailing Deadline?

If you are purchasing after 11:59 PM PST on Thursday, January 30, 2020, please bring your printed confirmation to our Will Call location at the Sheraton Seattle to pick up your ECCC tickets.

What’s the Refund Policy?

ECCC tickets are non-refundable, non-upgradeable, non-resellable, and are only transferrable using the ECCC Official Ticket Exchange through Lyte. For more information, please visit the Lyte Ticket Exchange.

What Is Will Call?

Will Call is where you can pick up your ECCC tickets, including any orders placed after the ticket mailing deadline or any international orders placed. Will Call is located at the Sheraton Seattle hotel (1400 6th Ave, Seattle, WA 98101) on Level 3.

What is Lyte?

Emerald City Comic Con has partnered with Lyte to create a legitimate, safe, and official ticket exchange. Fans may return their sold out ticket types to Lyte, or they may make a reservation to purchase an ECCC ticket from Lyte after a ticket type has sold out. In buying from Lyte instead of the secondary market, ECCC fans can help undercut scalpers, receive fairer prices, and be assured that they are purchasing a genuine ECCC ticket.

How does Lyte work?

If you can’t come to ECCC for whatever reason (we’ll miss you) you can resell your sold out ECCC ticket to Lyte and give another fan a chance to come to the show without being afraid they’re buying a fake ticket.

If you’re looking for a sold out ticket type, instead of going to a third party website, you can put your name on the reservation list. Once a ticket becomes available, you’ll be able to purchase it!

There are more fine details you can read on the Lyte website, but we’re hoping this partnership will be a step in the right direction to diminish scalpers & get more fans into the show. As always, feel free to ask us questions on social media – we’re here for you.

And Now A Word From Our Legal Team

Tickets and/or badges (“Badges”) for the event (“Event”) are non-refundable and cannot be reproduced or upgraded. Badges may only be resold through the Event’s authorized platform, Lyte, and are otherwise non-transferable. The unauthorized resale or attempted resale of the Badge is prohibited and will constitute a forfeiture of the Badge without compensation. Each Badge must be used by the same person (the “Attendee”) for each day of the Event. The Event’s operating hours, schedules, guests and speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Each Badge is a revocable license to attend the Event. All panels, autographing, photo ops, special events, show features and performances are subject to availability and access is not guaranteed and/or may require an additional fee. ReedPOP is not responsible for lost or stolen Badges. The Attendee acknowledges there are hazards and risks of physical injury or illness to Attendees of the Event and that not all such hazards or risks can be fully eliminated. By accepting this Badge and attending the Event, the Attendee freely and voluntarily agrees to assume the full risk of bodily injury or property damage, regardless of severity, or death that Attendee may sustain as a result of attending the Event, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of ReedPOP.
